Ever notice that we constantly turn to "time" to validate our relationships and experience? "How long were you talking?"
"How many dates have you gone on?"
"How long have you known each other?"
But here's the thing--some of our deepest connections happen with people we may have just met. And some of our unhealthy behavior stems from trying to minimize certain experiences just because they came to an end.
It doesn't have to last forever to mean something forever. And I explain that more in this video.
